Update 8- Menu Stuff
In which I spend several hours figuring out why all the classes that deal with text in my project suddenly won't compile. If using TMPro works, but doesn't actually allow you to use the TextMeshPro class, change external script editor to something else, then back to visual studio. Pretty weird.
Anyway, what was this text for?
Basic inventory system set up. Right now, the boss is already out there throwing attacks around.The level isn't really set up properly yet- you're meant to rest in the bed to lure the it out. It thinks it's the horror movie monster, then you beat it up and steal its shoes.
Also, pausing. Which would've been really easy had it not been for all of the text in my project breaking.
Besides that, got to work on blocking out the chapter 2 city.
