Update 3- No Longer Faceless


Lot of back-end stuff and experimenting with features, not much to show visually. Not quite nothing to show, though.


So, we've got faces now. This actually also includes a facial animation system (though I'm not actually implementing that for a while) based on shape keys. Faces are made with ManuelBastioniLab, a blender addon which quite abruptly died (development stopped, site/downloads taken down) last year. This seems to be a community attempt at continuing the project, though I'm not sure how licensing interacts with it: https://mb-lab.readthedocs.io/en/latest/


The puppet-master half of the boss now has its own animations and acts as a separate (but connected) entity to the bigger body. 

Also started making a rough model for the third boss.
